Friday March 15th – Goonawarra Bowl

The Goonawarra Bowl was held in near perfect golfing weather. The course was in great condition even though major redevelopments/changes were under way on a number of holes on the front nine.  75 women in teams of three competed on the day. The Bowl winners were from Northern Golf Club with a combined score of 104 points.The Romsey team of Beryl Cole, Kath Jekabsons and Darlene Baker enjoyed the day and had a commendable score of 95 points.
Beryl’s wonderful score of 37 points, one of the best of the day and the winner of the B Grade Event. Well done Beryl.
