Sunday February 28th – Kilmore Par 3 – Kilmore G. C.

Romsey was well represented at the Kilmore Par 3 event held on the last day of summer with Darlene Baker and Jenny Hartley,  along with Gary Sandow, Clinton Sterlson and Ralph Senn playing in the field of 91 golfers.
The weather was picture perfect with not a breath of wind and the course was in good condition with nice green fairways. The greens had been well watered and were very receptive to the ball lobbed in from up high.   Gary Sandow hit a great shot into the 18th green to be rewarded with nearest the pin on that hole.
Bron Gunn (64/9/55) was the overall winner for the women and Matt Ford (52/1/51) for the men, congratulations to both.
